ESG Volunteer Day: Hammersmith City Gardens Association 

Earlier this year, as part of our Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) work, on the 23rd of March, a group of UnderwriteMe’s employees took part in a local volunteer day at Hammersmith City Gardens Association as part of the way UnderwriteMe supports employee volunteering across the business.

The team of 13 from across different departments of the organisation spent the day working hard to help regenerate the gardens for the local community. This involved litter picking, weeding, mulching of the garden beds and planting! This was important for the area because of its tendency to flood, and being by the local school, this needed to be avoided.

What a fantastic day full of laughs, teamwork and a hard graft all for a good cause!
