How long have you worked at UnderwriteMe?

I joined in June 2020.

How have you found it so far?
It’s been great so far. Joining during a pandemic when everyone is working from home is not easy, but everyone made me feel very welcome and I was able to settle in really quickly. It was also great to see how much UnderwriteMe did to look after its employees during such a difficult time.

What does a day look like for you?

The great thing about a generalist HR role is that it is always busy but also always varied. No two days are the same and I get to speak to everyone across the business regularly.

What skill sets are you building in your current role?

I like that I have been able to develop my skills and build on my prior experience to grow in the HR role here.
